Because each bandana is handmade, orders are typically fulfilled within 3-10 business days. Fulfillment times may vary depending on holidays or high-volume periods. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you directly.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. While we are not responsible for packages once they are in the carrier's possession, we will do our best to help with any shipping issues.
Payment Options
We securely process debit and credit card payments through Wix Payments. PayPal is also accepted at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
Handmade
Each Shark Dog Co. scrunchie bandana is handmade with care. Because our bandanas are individually cut and sewn, slight variations in pattern placement may occur and are a normal part of the handmade process.
We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and individual device settings. Minor variations are expected and do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.
Sizing
Our size chart is intended to serve as a general guideline. While the elastic scrunchie-style design allows for flexibility in fit, factors such as coat length, body shape, neck measurements, and personal preference may affect how a bandana fits on your dog. We recommend measuring your dog's neck before ordering.
If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to provide guidance and sizing recommendations based on your dog's measurements, breed, and coat type. However, fit may vary from dog to dog.
If your dog requires a custom size, please contact us. We are happy to accommodate special sizing requests whenever possible.
